Hawaiian Airlines: Inter-Island and Mainland Flights (Baggage claim 6-11)
From the baggage claim, please walk out to the main curb and turn left and walk towards Baggage #6 until you reach “Pre-Arranged 1“. Your Driver will be waiting in this area for your pick up.Alaska, American, Air Canada, WestJet, Sun Country, Omni Air, Virgin America, Southwest (Baggage claim 16-21)
Please use the crosswalk between baggage claim #16 and cross over to the median where it is labeled “Pre-Arranged #3”. Your driver will be waiting in this area for your pickup.Delta Airlines and United Airlines (Baggage claim 22-31)
Please walk out towards Baggage Claim #31. To the right of the bathrooms, there’s an overhead sign reading “Pre-Arranged #5”. Exit through the automated doors to the right of the bathroom. Please wait in the outdoor seating area until your driver arrives.International Flights

The ride to Turtle Bay Resort can range anywhere from 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on traffic. We will always choose the quickest and safest route to/from the resort depending on road and traffic conditions for that day

The shuttle from the airport can drop off anywhere on the North Shore or along the way to the resort IF you book a private ride. Shared ride passengers can be dropped off anywhere along Kamehameha Hwy between Haleiwa and Turtle Bay Resort.

Travelling by itself is quite stressful and we strive to help each of our customers every step of the way. North Shore Connection has a very modest cancellation policy: we offer a full refund for reservations cancelled at least (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time. This applies to online and phone reservations. In the event of a reservation being cancelled less than 24 hours of notice or a no-show, a refund will not be honored.

For all reservations, we require that you provide your arrival details of your flight so that we can track and anticipate your arrival. In the event that your flight is delayed, we will try our best to accommodate your changes and re-schedule your shuttle within our operating hours. Upon receiving notification of a delay, please contact our office as soon as possible. For cancellations, we are able to offer credit that will go towards rescheduled shuttle.

The type of vehicle you will be picked up in depends on many factors such as the number of guests in your party, your luggage needs, and vehicle availability. All of our vehicles are safe, air conditioned, tinted windows, and kept in premium condition.
